A6 Replace Clock Spring /Code Without Original Part
Hi,
I replaced an A6 faulty clock spring and was told that the new part just needed re-coding. The guy failed to mention that he would need to scan the old clock spring, before replacing with the new, which wasn't done.
Can anything be done to rescue this situation please?
