I have a 6 speed manual 2000 A6 twin turbo with the stock sport suspension.

There are some rims/tires for sale that I am not sure will fit:
These specs are from tire rack--
18" OZ racing wheels and tires
Offset: 35mm
Backspacing: 5.95"
Bolt Pattern: 5-112
Rec. Tire Size: 235/40-18
Weight: 24.7lbs.

My worry is this: the last set of replica S6 18" rims I put on had tires that were too wide and so they rubbed on the front end of the car when turning.
Would these fit?

 

How wide are the wheels? 7.5"? 8"?

I have 18x8s with a 245/40/18 on my 02, it's close, but no rubbing. You should be fine with 235.
