bi xenon means you have HID's in headlights AND low beams. So no you don't. There is alot of discussion going around about the true meaning of it but apparently in the automotive industry they use it to distinguish a Xenon bulb for low and high beam.

EDIT: I got this info from a bimmer forum.

My 2003 came with Xenons as part of the Premium Package. The brights definitely light up the night. I though the low beams were Xenon too as they are an intense white light and very bright. Is there another way to verify?

My xenon lights adjust itself when you first turn on the lights...you can tell that they are xenon and not halogen...big difference

Your high beams are halogen. I know that for a fact. Either you have aftermarket bulbs, or it could be the fact that your stock HIDS are also on when your brights are.

mine is 03 and I think it's bi-xenon...yes..there is halogen bulb but the hid will shoot higher if i switch it to high beam..and the halogen will come on .....btw..is the headlight suppose to adjust it self on our hid?? cause it said it will adjust it self due to acceleration, braking and payload on my book...but I don't see it move...
