You can't the Vag-com is more of a diagnostic tool. Download Bosch Unisettings on-line somewhere. You can adjust fuel trim, timing angle, torque, idle, enrichment...

Download;

I've used it. but if you choose to set the idle high beware you only have one shot. These effin computers learn and will block you from doing certain things. So I raised my Idle it was nice and lost a lot of vibration but I changed again one day and now I can't change it the computer won't let me. These cars are alive you know... ALIVE...

OK! :-P
i have now downloaded the program,installed and watched it.. out of what i could see om the wagcom program,the timing is not off on all cylinders.. this program seems to change all,not one.. can it be bad coils or something? the car has traveled 280 000 km.. its not 100% stable on the idle to..

the car is not acting right.. let's say i have it in 3 gear,climbing up a hill or something.(it feels stronger when it got some resistanse if you know what i mean..)
the taco is around 15-2000 rpm,the engine is acting strangewhen i hit the pedal to the metal,not smooth like it should.. it's like somthing is wrong with the ignition.

Here are some ideas;
Check your vacuum lines, look for leaks/broken hoses.
Check your PCV lines, see this thread; https://www.audiforums.com/forum/sho...d.php?t=137362 he found some nasty crap in his lines.
How old is the Timing belt? Does it have slack due to age?
You have chain driven cam adjusters. something could be messed up there.
Try cleaning the MAF sensor.
Try adjusting the throttle valve angle.
check your injectors, maybe they are getting dirty.
