Hi guys,

my 1998 a6 2.8 30V quattro...

Every time after I fill up the gas, car doesn't fire up at once.

After fail the ignition, I turn the key for about 10 seconds with

acc pedal down (painy a** time lol), and engine starts.

What do you guys think is the problem?

How empty...I've only ever experienced that when I run the tank dry on the road...and it's in my truck not the audi...cuz if you suck the lines dry you have to pump it back in a lil to get it going again...other than that idk

 

I have heard of this happening to people, search AZ i believe the problem is real simple, some sort of a purge valve
