If you have to ask, get it professionally done.

As for the system itself, how much bass are you looking to gain? Enough to blow your windows out? Or just a little bump in the trunk?

I have a friend who has his own business and he will do it for me, i just need to know what to buy, because i know the bose is complicated, and as i would love the window shattering trunk rattling bass, i can only afford so much as im 17 in high school, but looking to spend around 300 on a 12 or 2?

O well in that case no problem getting some "i feel like i'm going to vomit bass"

Setup i'm going with:
Kicker L7 15" Solo-Baric Sub (~$220 on ebay)
Hifonics Bxi1200 Amp (1200w rms)

That'll put you somewhere around 900w rms @2ohmswhich is enough to make your heart pound.

My advice is just spend the $100 and get a full 0g wiring kit from a car audio store. A little expensive but it has everything you need. Power, ground, rca's, speaker wire for amp to sub, etc. Then you'll need a decent sized box as these things need 3-6 cu. ft. for a vented box.

Other option would be 2 Kicker L5 12's. Would be about 300 collectively and run 1200w rms.

Capacitors are over rated. Most of the ones you buy in stores don't do crap as your battery/alt. can handle the power load just fine.

Subs, Amp, Box, Wiring kit should be about all you need. If the stock bose deck doesnt have rca outputs (doubt it does but i'm not sure) you'll also need a signal converter. It converts your signal from 2 speakers into an RCA output. ~$25 at best buy.
