Anyone with a cf hood?
i just got a vis cf hood for my audi, first of all it looks like it's a facelift a6 hood, but the company says it should work if it does they will send me a grill free of charge and if it doesn't i can send it back. the first problem the hood latch bolts are just a little off but i can just drill a bigger hole in the hood latch and that should work. but there are no holes for anything else. there's indents but no holes. so i cant put the hood strut in, or the washer fluid, so the insulation, now if worst comes to worst i can glue in the hood bumpers and maybe the washer fluid but how can i put in the hood strut. other wise there is no way to keep the hood up, which would suck to have to take it off anytime i had to work on it. sorry for the long post just wondering if anyone knows a solution.

RE: Anyone with a cf hood?
I had a VIS cf hood on my Sentra. POS!!! never fit correctly, looked terrible, biggest mistake I made w/my car, other than getting into a wreck w/it.
My car was black and it still looked like crap, in fact, it would have looked better on a white car.
Vanilla Rice likes CF hoods, but he drives Hondas.
CF hoods work on A4s, a guy at work has one partially painted to match his car and it looks pretty good.
