I was told that I have parking break malfunction on my car because I spilled something on the parking break button. I talked to a Audi Mechanic and he said he'll replace this in private he said the cost should be $320 total because the bottom is $67 and and there is 2 1/2 hrs of working on that. I still think this is little too high so I wanted to ask for opinion. I even don't know if the button is really broken, I tried to enter the new codes and reset it but I guess it is broken. So do you think $320 is too much to fix that problem replace a new parking break button?

If a button is sticking on a computer a few dabs of rubbing alcohol and a canister of compressed air usually do a pretty god job of cleaning it.
