Default audi a6 ball buster !!!

ok lads i have a 2008 audi a6 3.0tdi quattro with 20k on clock i purchased this car damaged and had it fixed by a pro no problems really until i went to drive it home and the car has no power there is a hard code p3348 on the diagnostics whis we cant clear anyway we went to the stealership and they said it was the turbo actuator got a new one that wasnt the problem again back to the garage 2 days later said it was the engine ecu got a new on and suprise that wasnt the problem either now there saying its the turbo but here is the catch when the actuator is unpluged and pluged back in while the car is running the actuator and turbo all work showing full boost on the diag and fault lights on the dash go out its only when you take the car out of park the error come back up and turbo stops working can anyone please tell me why this is happening before i set fire to the car because i have wasted 3k trying to fix this and its going on for the last 7 months and im still no further on

First let me preface it by saying that I am not familiar with the 3.0tdi. (Most of us here in the US are not.) Anyways, sounds like it is the wiring problem. Did the dealer the stealer pin out the wiring to see there is continuity?

yep contunity check done twice by stealership and by us wire by wire still no breaks anywhere
