Angry aux fans on a 02 a6 2.7t

Hi all i got an issue with my Aux fans/AC fan. i lost my Ac some time ago it is stuck in Eco mode. i installed a new fan control module that was not it. i tested the fans by hot wiring them one at a time and all is good. i check the fans by hot wiring from the temp sensor in lowere radiator hose and i can only get the high to work both fans on i can get just the inside on to spin. Any help would be great or any ideas. oh i also dont have any codes in the unit when i use vag com.

If the ECON mode has a red LED lit up, I would suspect the compressor isn't turning on for some reason. Check and see if the high limit pressure switch has become unhooked. From there I would check to see how much refrigerant is in the system, followed by the overall health of the compressor.

i can ground the relay for the clutch and the ac will work and blow out cold air but the fan will not come on. i need to figure out what the system is looking for first to tell the fan to kick on. last time i hooked to the ac in the car with an ac machine pressure was great and i have no codes in vag com for the climate unit. now when i first got the car my climate control would allways show degres in Fahrenheit now i have to switch it every time from Celsius to Fahrenheit.

when i test the fans from the temp switch in the lower rad hose i cant get the inside fan to come on. i can get both fans to come on if i jump the high side but the low side has no power. if i jump the ground wire from the low side to the high side both fans come on but when i jump either ground to the low i get nothing to the fan. so with that said i feel i dont have a ground problem i think i have a power issue. does any one know what gives the wire going to the temp switch low side power?
