I have a 99 A6 and recently my battery light has been on but been starting without any problem. Today while driving the volt gauge on the dash was slowly going down as if the battery was dying and my car got stuck in gear once it got to 8 volts. It soon died where i got it jumped but proceeded to do the se thingI'm thinking its the alternator, but I'm hoping it's not. I'm almost positive it isn't the battery itself because its less than a month old... Help would be greatly appreciated!
