Default Best brake pads for front replacement 07 A6

I have a 2007 Audi A6 and the front brake pads needs replacement i was wondering what is the best brake pad that is reasonable in price and effective in OEM Quality or above. I want my rotors and pads to last long but be able to brake effective at triple digits speeds if necessary.

I've been a fan of EBC's Red Stuff pads. They aren't the most quiet but they are pretty good when it comes to stopping power and don't require the material to be super hot to work properly like a proper racing pad.

Also, look into getting new rotors at the same time when you do new pads to maximize your stopping power if you're going to routinely hit 100+MPH in such a heavy car. (Wasn't sure if you were planning on doing them too at the same time based off of your post, but figured I'd add that in there just in case)

No I don't routinely drive that fast but sometimes I did all brake and rotors on car all oem stuff at 79k the car has 109k now. Guy said front rotors should go through another set a pads with no issue. I was lookin. At the red stuff as well but I want the best brakes possible in senses of long lasting and oem quality or better braking and i don't know about the dust either I'm sure more dust off them pads is bad. So I might get the red stuff based on what you said my mechanic was trying to recommend bosch pads... other people have said akebono

Akebono ceramics--these are the best, don't bother with others. As good or better stopping power as OEM with no dust, no fade, no squeal. I'm talking with OEM rotors. Mine have 45,000 miles on them, still going strong...
