Default CA smog test questions, 2.8L AWD

I have a Vag com and just the other day my check engine light came on. It showed

16795 - secondary air injection system: incorrect flow
detected : p0411

17537 - Fuel trim : bank 2
system too rich: p1129
static : no

17535 - bank 1
system too rich

I cleared the codes with my vag com but they seem to pop back on after driving for a little over a hour. I drove the car from FL with no issues at all and it was just two days ago that these CEL's came on. I was using 93oct gas in florida and all they have is 91 out here(dont really think that matters). I am at 8,000ft elevation while I was at sea level in FL(no idea if this matters).

I am going to need to smog test it soon and Im wondering if I clear the CEL prior to the test if I will be ok. I dont know how extensive the smog test is, I was reading AWD vehicles just have a idle test. Any help will be appreciated.

Oh, forgot to answer your question directly. No, your car will not pass CA emission test.
