I recall seeing one on www.blauparts.com, but you may have had to buy their TB kit in order to qualify for the rental. Check the website.

I got mine on Ebay for around $100 with the crank pin. Yes you can rent from Blauparts if you get the TB kit from them but you have a limited amount of time before you have to return it.

as NH said, you can find both tools (at least these two) on Ebay.
ZDmak and another place from Florida (I can't recall the name exactly; ElPaso Tool, or El Paso, or something like that, out of Sarasota) sell them on Ebay. I bet are some other vendors in the game by now.

As far as renting, try also JHMotorsports.com. They rent them for $ 40 - UNLIMITED TIME, and NO TB KIT BUYING REQUIREMENT. Deposit also is only $ 160, as compared to Blau's ....$ 340...

Good point -- it would be nice if everyone listed their location. They might be able to get some in-person help.

While I'm in a bitchy - mood if folks gave the details about their vehicle (simple things like year- motor -trans etc.) they might get better info.

Make sure it is the right one --

The one I have looks like #3243
My kit included the Crankshaft holder that is listed as part #3242 at $21
