Wink cams oil leak or where else ?

ive been getting an oil leak for a while now ive taken my 02 a6 3.0 fwd apart these are what ive notice so far

a- t-belt was unusually very tight dont remenber beig this tight last time i did t-belt replacement my self - however i had it re-done again about 8 months ago by indi shop cause timing was off for a while

b- most of oil is concentrated at botton around crankshafdt botton area doesnt look like crankshaft seal has leaked

c-t-belt tensioner hydralic damper was very hard to compress to lock it with pin and remove it question: is it possible the hydralic fluid leaked out the damper and could the be the leak hydralic fluid and had stay around there these last 4 months.

d- oil leak is always from passenger side i have not remove cams's pulley yet i see some oil around back not alot though
question : how do i know for certain if cams's seals are bed specially passenger side

thanks guys any input would be apretiated.
