Can anyone give advise on how to fix this bumper separation pics inside

It just got pulled out.
You might be able to muscle it back in if you get on your back and look up you will notice the tabs that fit into the slots.
Otherwise you will need to jack up the front end.
take off the belly pan.
remove the inner wheel well from that side.
use a 10mm on a long swivel extension there are 10mm nuts way up front remove them. that should give you enough right there to push it back in.

Looks like the flange on the bumper got pulled outta shape too.. If thats the case, you can apply some heat CAREFULLY until its more pliable and reform it back into shape. Try a good hair dryer on High.
Then replace it as Jack suggests.
