CEL when flooring

CEL when flooring
2000 A6 4.2 V8.
Used the "kick-down" feature the other day, and in doing so, the CEL came up flashing. I read the codes, PO300, 307, 308. Changed plugs, moved coils around. Yesterday, switched to Tip and downshifted to 3rd on the highway to get around some people, same codes came up.
The PO307 also has "coolant leak" attached to misfire. I looked at the lines, can't really see any leaking going on.
