Thats a little bit steep, 11-13 hours is common place.

I was charged for9 hours by my indie shop to install an AWE stage 2 clutch and lightweight flywheel combo. I was also charged another 1.5 hours to change the fluids in the tranny, transfer case, and read differential. I wanted the entire drive train refreshed.
