I noticed on my way home this evening that my rear view compass was not illuminated, and the rear view mirror will no longer "dim out". Is the mirror broke? or is this issue caused by a fuse or something.

I haven't had this car a month yet, and that is already two problems. I do not like how this is starting

Any help on this issue is much appreciated.

I have a replacement. It is autodimming and has a compass.

Check all your fuses and wire connections first, but if it has to be replaced, TeddyBGame is your man! The wire connections are inside the "neck" of the mirror. To access, just pry off the rearward facing half of the neck.
