We have been car shopping to replace my wife's 11 year old Camry. I want to upgrade a bit and the A6 looks like the perfect size and a very nice car.

We drove a 2010 Premium Plus Quattro with 3.0 today. Nice car, one owner (lease), clean CarFax, no visible issues, nice and clean. My hangup is that it has 44K miles on it and I am uncomfortable paying $30K+ for a car with that many miles. Am I being a dope?

Also, Consumer Reports says that this model has several problem areas: cooling, fuel system, power equipment and audio systems. Any truth to that?
