ok so i want to put a cool air intake into my 2000 a6 2.7L and i cannot find one. i have heard that k&n is the best? but they do not make one for the 2.7L. the do make one for the 2.8L... would it fit?

 

Tricky, I'm a new owner but from what people have been saying, Don't. The intake you will find on your a6 will be just about as good as it gets.Theres a bunch of complicating factors with the oil in the intake for the turbos (I think)

Most importantly I would try searching the forum...I'm pretty sure that their are a few threads and posts on this issue from what I remember.
