Just bought my Audi from a Repo Auction, and of course theres a **** load of problems lol.

No big deal, i got it at a fraction of the cost that they are selling for here in Toronto.

I noticed a couple things right off the bat, i'll list them, and Im hoping you may be able to tell me what it means and what to do about it.

2001 Audi A6 2.7T

Glow Plug Light
Fault in Cooling System Light
Engine Oil Pressure too Low Light

I just bought a new Battery and I schedule a Oil Change too.

 

I hope what you saved in purchase price you don't pay in repairs. Make sure you use Mobil1 0w-30 or 0w-40. Expect to use about 7 liters.

Check your coolant reservoir. These take special antifreeze, not Prestone.

No idea what you mean by glow plug. It's not a diesel.

 

Hmm, well theres a light that came on that looks similar to the glow plug light.

Do i have to buy this special antifreeze from the dealer?

 

Do you recognize in the following chart the "glow light" ?

 

I'm a ******* moron, and Chefro just proved it.

Washer Fluid Low
Oil Pressure and
Coolant Temperature or low fluid.

I'm going to a shop that specializes in VW/Audis to get an oil change, i'll also ask if they can refill the coolant as well
