ok well i went on crutchfield.com and was looking up about upgrading the audio in my ride. well first off i didnt find a wiring harness to install a aftermarket cd player, does any body know of anyone carrying one. i know if you cut the factory harness theres a possiblity of the obd system not letting you read codes through the port so to me this is important. second they said that the 2001 a6's speakers are 6 3/4 inch component sets, has any one had any problems with 6 1/2 inch sets working in our factory locations. and the final question is they said that the same car has a 6 3/4 inch woofer in the back dash or trunk of the car is this true? and how would you get it out of the back dash if its there? ok the car is a 2001 a6 2.8 with the symphony stero in it tape/cd player i hope this helps. thanks in advance.
