OK I HAVE POSTED HERE THREE TIMES AND NOBODY HAS REPLIED???NOT EVEN A HELLO WELCOM TO THE FORUM.
I SEE THAT A LOT OF YOU HAVE LOOKED AT MY POSTS. IF NONE OF YOU CAN HELP ME WITH MY QUESTION THEN AT LEAST TELL ME THAT I AM WASTING MY TIME OR TELL ME WHERE I SHOULD GO.

Thank you I was starting to think that no one would talk to me 
Im new at this fourm stuff so I hope you can help
I have a 2000 A6 2.7T that has no power going to the AC and heating control unit. I put my scanner on it and it says that relay 30 has low power. The fuse is good so I looked for were the relay would be but now I need to know which one is for the climate control unit.
if you can point me in the right direction I would reslly appreciate it
