You need to check for any vaccum leaks. If none are found, then the problem is with your MAF. (ECM is assuming a certain amount of power will be produced for the amount of air coming through the MAF- if the actual amount is different than the calculated amount, the power output will also be off, and will set off the MIL This can be due to MORE air getting in than calculated due to a vacuum leak, or the MAF being faulty and calculating an incorrect amount.
