ElsaWin goes to German from English....
Hi, I'm trying to run ElsaWin, but it goes to German after I sign-in. I've turned-off the German and selected English during setup, but it always goes to German, and I can't understand the program.
I'm looking for three things:
1. How to remove the front seats in a 97 A6 Avant Quattro and A6 (I suspect they're the same)
2. How do I program my new remote entry fob into the 97 A6 Avant Quattro V6 Auto?
3. How do I find my radio code?
Other than that, everythings fine and enjoyable.
Thanks!

Only the dealer can get the radio code.
Did you get the ElsaWin on ebay?
I had to remove the front passenger seat, just to replace the seatbelt. I used the Bentley CD instructions.
Slide the two front plastic rail covers only forwards. Do not lift or pry on them. Next, remove the rear rail stops. Next, disconnect the wiring harness and unbolt seat at the front of the two rails. Next, cover the carpet at the rear and slide the seat to the rear and out of the fixed rails. Next, remove seat from car. Next, clean and lubricate the fixed rails.
Which remote are you using?
My old Bentley Ebahn sofware no longer would work, due to XP SP3, so I had to download the newer version of Ebahn. Perhaps, your ElsaWin is an older version, which may not be compatable with XP SP3.

Thanks for the quick and detailed reply!
I bought the ElsaWin on ebay. I have two versions, one is 3.3 and the other goes up to 3.5.
My remote is the separate style for the 97, but the label says 96. It's from Audi, p/n 8L0 959 753 01C.
The Bentley site seems to be the best for all our repair needs. I see they have original owner's manuals cheaper than I can get them on ebay.
I'll start pulling my front seats this weekend for re-upholstery.
Happy 4th!
