RE: Email?
Because the audi here in Panama refuses to fix the problems my car has, they dont refuse, but they cant find what the problems are, even after i tell them whats wrong.
Problems:
1.When i accelerate the car takes up to 3 seconds to accelerate
2. When i back up and there's a speed bump, the car wont back up, they say its a safety feature
3. The car shakes a lot sometimes when i back up also.
Since they dont want to take responsabilities for this i need to contact the factory, and here there is no "Lemon Law" so i cant use that, because i have taken the car more than 5 times now. Last time they lubed it up and the acceleration is way faster but still, and when i back up same problem, the car wont back up

RE: Email?
I have a feeling they are, because my friend had the same problem with an A6 and the factory sent him a new car, also The onwer of a very big department store here in Panama had an E320, and he sent a letter to the factory and they sent him a new C55 AMG...

RE: Email?
So you know what is wrong with car, you have told the dealership this, and they still wont fix the car?
Have you ever thought that they know just a little bit more about your car then you and what you say is wrong with the car really isnt the problem?
And i seriously doubt that your friend was just sent a new car because of one problem, unless it was a buy back kinda deal
BTW what year is this A6 of yours, and what do you think the problem is (just curious)

RE: Email?
So, are you thinking that if they can't figure out what is wrong with your 3 year old A6, they might send you a 2007 RS4 or something? I find it hard to believe that not one dealership or shop can figure out what is wrong with the car. I'm just saying that it's pretty far fetched to send Audi an email and expect to get a whole lot in return...
