i have a 98 mod. 2.8l and i have a ACK engine. i try to find a repair manual to that engine with no success. all the manuals i can find have the engine AHA,ATQ.

do anyone know the difference?

What type of manuals have you found so far?

Be aware that Bentley manuals show many inaccuracies, Elzawin (source for Bentley) could be your best bet.

Etka, Aldata, Michell.

No single source works for me, as all demonstrate significant differences in a key areas...

I have seen the Bentley manual site,and there it says AHA,ATQ engine. i ordered the elsawin but i cant get it to work properly..:-(

is ACK a 30v?

It should be similar to the AHA

You should go to your local Audi parts department and ask about the 1998 "ACK" 2.8L engine. The Bentley manuals are for USA and Canadian OBDII engines.

the engine is a 30v..
there is no manual for the 98 mod in the stores here..

You can get a book for the A6 with the ACK engine from:

However, it is written in German. So perhaps you might try a book company from the UK instead of USA, if you can't read German.
Bentley is for the USA and Canadian OBDII engines.
