engine light on...engine light off

Default engine light on...engine light off
My check engine light comes on for a few days, then goes off for a few days. Anyone else experiencing this? Any possible diagnosis that causes this? Should I be worried? Any input is appreciated.

have it scanned for fault codes. it could be down to mods you might have done and need a remap, otherwise I don't think its a problem because the CEL goes off

I would check the Air filter, Sometimes the MAF (mass Air Flow sensor) get wrong reading from a cloght air filter, or the sensor it self is dirty or failling. Worth checking before going of to the dealer.

Thanks to the both of you. Checked the MAF, CELwent off a few days later. Lets see if it comes back on...
