Question engine noise after timing belt service??? please help!!

hey guys... i just did the whole blauparts service kit on my 2000 A6 2.7t! i did the timing belt, water pump, thermo, pulley kit and tensioner, cam chain tensioner gasket and half moon and so on!! so i put everything back together, did oil change, sparks and cleaned the air mass! turned the engine by hand to make sure everything lines up! so i start the engine and it runs and idles normal... but there is this air pressure noise coming from the left passenger side cam chain tensioner area !!! it kinda sounds like there is an hose lose or an crack in the exhaust..all i know is that it wasnt there before.. please help if you have any idea what that could be or i you think i did something wrong!!!

check the gasket on the combi or egr valve you should have had to remove or losen it to remove the valve cover, the gasket can slip down and not seal. it will sound like an exhaust leak.

Check and replace your vacuum lines, over time they get brittle and when your fiddling around in there they break really easy.
