How can I get my non-turbo Audi A6 2.8 quattro 30v to kick some more a** !!!!!! I love my car and I am currently getting more involved in upgrading the exterior. I waited forever to get an audi, and this is my first one. So until I can afford a S6 i want to get my stock A6 to tear it up a little more. Don't want to be the guy out there with all the exterior upgrades and stock engine. So suggestions and possible websites to obtain these jems would be great. Thanks for the help

 

From what I know there are a few Supercharger options. They are pricey...I beleive starting out at $3500.

 

I also got my first audi and i think supercharger will really kick @**. There are some minor things to try first like CAI 8-10hp, Exaust 5-??Hp, Chip 10HP, etc but the issue is that many of these options are really pricey. I would just go all out and sc it. Their is a video on utube of a sc 2.8; sounds incredible and kicks butt.

 

i say sell it and get a 2.7T or 4.2 the 2.8 is not a really good platform...for the price of the supercharger and a 2.8 you can get a stock 2.7T and kick ***! i dont know to much about audi but i have dricen the 2.8...and the car feels like a slug....full throttle to merge on the highway...kinda sucks.

 

The 2.8 is not a bad car, but I would suggest just keeping it clean and enjoying it as is until you can sell it and upgrade to a more powerful/mod-able Audi. I have the 2.7T version which is much more modable. Even still, I may follow the same advice and keep her stock until I can afford something like an S4.

Well, my 2.8 A4 was slow, but lots of fun to drive. It's amazing how much faster my 2.7T is than that 2.8. You should sell and get a 2.7 or 4.2, putting s/c on the 2.8 could be a mechanical nightmare.

 

Well I am under a loan so I have some time. I just want to make her quicker for the time being. Where is a good place to start looking at superchargers ? And also, thank you for all the feedback.

But if you ask me its still cheaper than to get into another loan situation.
