#1--- What does the '05 A6 4.2L have in the way of timing...chain or belt and when does it need to be done, we have looked through the owners manual but does not list for this model (have yet to call dealer to find out)

#2--- Will A8 19" rims fit the A6 we currently have 18" and will be needing new rubber soon, can always use the 18s for snows.

 

The 05 4.2 has a timing chain and there is no service interval on its replacement.

19 inch wheels will fit on the car.
