I think the yellow fog lights are gettin kinda old i wanna upgrade them to PIAA or maybe another brand. Anyways are they H3's??? and how do i put them in??

Yes, they are H3's. You just have to pull the grille around the fog light off (just pull on it and it will pop off). There are then three phillips head screws holding the light in place. Once out there are four screws holding the back plate on. Pretty easy to do.
