It has a issues with the front motor mount, long story short its rotten out I have snub mount on order from Audi of Charlotte. I was just hoping for some advice or tips with regards to attaching the new snub mount any helpfull advice would be greatly appreciated as I have very limited mechanical skills and knowledge.

Thanks Bob on your advice I am wanting to try it myself, and I was kind of wondering if anybody had changed one out b4 to give me some useful tips. My next door neighbor advised me to join a forum as there are alot of experienced peeps out there that are D.I.Y'ers and rather then take it to the shop I would like to get the experience myself, but thanks again
Regards
Aron.

Search AudiWorld for the timing belt DIY. You will doing most of that work (getting the front to service position). It's not a tough job, just a lot of bolts that have to come off. Make sure you understand how to get the radiator hoses off and on and how to bleed the coolant system. Otherwise, you will blow a hose later. Make sure to use at least universal coolant if not the G12 stuff. Think about fixing other things while you are in there, such a timing belt, seals, water pump, etc.
But, fair warning, it really isn't a job for anyone with limited mechanical skills or knowledge. Best leave it to a pro! Learn on something else like control arms and CV joint boots.
Good luck,
Bob
