Good deal?

Not trying to troll, but I am new to the site, and I am towards the end of my lunch break. I'm assuming that the timing belt should be changed, seeing the mileage. Any questions that I need to ask when I go look at this car tomorrow? Thank you in advance for the advice.

For a 2003, 2.7T the Maintenance Schedule lists the TB as to be replaced at 105,000 miles.
However, if AutoPlaza is not an Audi-specific dealer, then you may play the 60,000 miles TB-replacement card, and try to drive the price down. If they don;t know this, the procedure entails also replacing the Water Pump and Thermostat - the least.
The price looks pretty enticing for a 2003.
Do a thorough visual inspection, especially underneath (CV axle boots; brake hoses; muffler/exhaust pipes condition; brake rotors) and in the engine bay (oil leaks, cleaniness, state of the various reservoirs - liquids color, etc).
In addition, as many guys with long stats around the forum say, it may be a wise idea to take it to an Audi dealer for a thorough mechanical inspection ($ 150-200; not sure how much exactly costs), which may save you additional bucks in the long run, or provide you with "palpable" reasons for negotiating the price even lower.
good luck to you.

$ 193 and change/month is quite high. I hope you don't mind my question: did you have some accidents in your driving history?

Try getting a quote for a higher deductible, someting like $ 500. Also....try companies other than Geico... A local company also might get you a better quote than what you got.

Yeah, I've had a few things happen here and there. We are paying around $140 for a 2003 Murano right now. That $1160 quote was with a $1000 deductible!

The maintenance cost on turbocharged cars is higher, due to the cost of replacement turbos and on the possibly heavy foot old owner. Cars tend to get sold when the owner doesn't want to pay for the costly maintenance. So, if you don't have a lot of cash to burn, then this type of car is a bad choice, if it has defered maintenance. It could be ready for a transmission fluid change or rebuild.
