Yeah, I can tell you don't have any switches there, but that's all it is? A blank piece of plastic? What's w/ the symbol? I thought maybe it was something else that popped out like the cupholder - maybe like a lil drawer or something (our '07 Passat had that). It's just that my switches are completely different - there are 3 lil ones that occupy that area. I only have ESP and two blanks, but my blanks don't have a symbol on them.

it's a drawer that suppose to hold credit cards.

I thought it was a blank. I tried opening it a few times when I first got the car, but no dice. guess I'll try to persuade it open later on.

what kind of wiring harness did u buy for that ... i have a 2001 a6 with bose system i bought a pioneer double din i just need the right wiring harness with the nav and bluetooth can u or any body help please thanks

wonder if this could be done on an 2006 a6 quatro? even though i like how interactive the mmi is..i would love to be able to have the ability to play ipods and dvd's
