Yeesh, did ya even try google? What year do you have? Most of these are for 2006 and newer. Gotta give us info so we can help! Some results:

http://www.qualitymobilevideo.com/au...-monitors.aspx (expensive and for newer cars)
http://www.headrestvideo.com/products.html (same basic thing)

Somehow I think your kid will survive without a TV in the car. But what do the generations after generations of kids growing up in cars without TVs know.

well at my shop our head tech was messing with my headrest and we both found thats a 7 will not fit to well because of a plastic part in the head rest so 6inch will fit and to cut them you have to trace a template of the moniter draw a x in the square cut the x cut out some foam tuck the triangles run the wire as u want if there is room in post go that way or out side the post fasten the template in he headrest pop the monitor in and thats it i know im missing some stuff im not great typer lol but i have done this a few times my old car had 10 tvs in it before selling it lol

old pic there where 3 in the rear deck 3 up front 4 in rear this was my baby at 16-17 my audi is my baby at 18 lol

Thx for the info & sorry for being so scant. I currently own a Blue 1997 A6 with Quattro, beige leather interior. someone gave me the 2 monitor headrests, so it's not like i can return it to the store. I need to get the factory headrest out so i can install these adjustable units. any suggestions?

i grew up in the 80's with no tv's in the car, and i turned out fine. i think figgy1682 understands that his kid wont die from not watching tv in the car. i have 3 kids and just want to keep the entertained. My 7yr old son can only do so much reading to his (2) 1yr old brother & sister while on a 6 hr road trip. so some form of video entertainment is helpful. plus i can care less for the nagging, nostalgic road trip songs, etc. we just want some peace while driving so we can concentrate on getting to our intended destinations with our sanity intact.

+1
I'd say buy books for the kids instead... they will thank you later!
Besides I think I learned to drive by watching my father drive... Another skill TVs can' offer!
