Not sure if you can use your CD changer or not after you use an after market HU. You can still interface with the Bose amplifier just not the CD changer. From what I read while ago, OEM HU and CD changer communicate with each other using a proprietary protocol (what else is new with Audi eh!!). That's what I understood.
