Hello

I have a 2002 audi a6 3.0 awd with heated and electric side mirrors - My drivers side mirror must have short circuited and the heating element burned out that mirror - It turned all brown and discolored - which it burnt out 3/4 of the mirror thus making it hardly usable

Can i replace just the mirror or do i have to replace the whole side mirror which makes it rather expensive and hard to find a mirror replacement - in not buying it though a dealer

BTW - does anyone have a drivers mirror that would be these requirements for a replacement for me or does anyone know a local body shop or junk yard that i could contact for parts - where i live theres nowhere to look for audi parts except the dealer and online (ebay and forums etc)
