Default HELP!

I was looking for something in my trunk and i set my wallet, cellphone, and car key in the trunk while i searched. I grabbed my clothes and pulled down the trunk, only to hear the BONK of it locking. i called the closest dealership which is 1 and a half ihrs away and he said the best bet instead of buying and cutting and shipping and all that bs the easiest way to do it would be to just get a locksmith to open the door. Do they damage the lock at all?

They have a set of wire thingies that snake past the window to the power lock switch on the door and, viola, you are in!

yeah...bob is right...it should be fine...also if you know anyone that has AAA and lives close to you then they can call for you and use this service for free in your car. I've done it before and AAA doesnt really care as long as the person that has the service is there.

No need to delete the thread.... Someone else might come to the site with a similar question and he/she might actually do a search before asking it.

Haha, Who hasn't done this... I did it once and the noise of that weak horn was enough to make me loose my stomach. I had the spare a20 min walk away so no big deal, but still.

Its like a small speaker looking thing that sits in the trunk. There is a way to make the horn honk, but I don't know how.Is your pansy horn the same as the panic or alarm?
