Default Help. Multiple misfires

So I bought a 2003 A6 quattro at auction and found the engine was bad: couldnt accelerate, had sludge, etc
I bought an engine from a foreign auto parts location and had it put in. After everything was done the car barely started after almost a min and automatically cut off and is unable to start now still. Vagcom is showing misfire on cylinder 4,5, and 6. Any ideas. I cant get the car to start and am already in really deep. I am going to take it to an Audi repair sometime this week but wanted some ideas from those that have maybe had a similar problem or are more experienced. I replaced a couple sensors from my old engine and it still did nothing.

Have you fixed the engine timing belt correctly with the new engine? If not, then fix it properly otherwise it will never allow your engine to start.

Soooooo , Who did the installation of the new engine? , Was the timing belt checked before the install? Fuel pressure is how much? Battery voltage is what? Was the replacement engine a AVK?
The misfires are probably old stored data from when the old engine was running.

I would suggest you to go to the nearest Audi Service and get everything settled else your mind will really dig in deep doing all the rectifications and reaching to nothing.

Yes, AVK engine
Currently have it at an Audi Service location.
They are still looking at all the codes but he mentioned it could be a connecting rod
