Default Help, What Size Rim?

So I left my 1999 Audi 1.8t in Pittsburgh when I left for Cali in May. The engine went..well..boom, So now I purchased a 2001 Audi A6 2.8 FWD from the auction, plan to add a Basslink T, new wheels, HID's and tint..nothing special.

Anyways I'm looking to get a set of new rims as my first upgrade

I will probably buy the RIMS, 18" Audi RS6 Wheels - Hyper Silver, from www.oewheelsllc.com. They currently have 2 options which I'm considering:

18x8.5 30mm Offset http://www.oewheelsllc.com/Audi-Whee...39261-2-1.html
or
18x8 35mm Offset http://www.oewheelsllc.com/Audi-Whee...39259-2-1.html

So my issue is will I need spacers? I'm reading different opinions all over the forums. Is is this a direct replacement. I think the current stock rims are 16x7 45mm Offset.

If anyone one has any recent pictures with these rims that would be nice also
