Im in Upstate NY (Utica area). I'm a reg at the audiworld A6 forum. Found you guys by chance. I'm currently driving a 95 A6q with 249 and some change,000 miles on her and loving it .... anyone local or semi ?

 

im in CT about 15-20min away from Danbury if u know where danbury is, i drive the exact same car as you, mine just started leaking the power steering fluid kinda bad lol so ill be trying to fix that all day today...i hope its just the hoses

 

I have always had problems with the rack itself ..... boot area. Raining like a **** here so that kinda cuts out my "play time" gotta pull my CC unit today tho .... may tackle that

 

yea i brought it to my mechanic down the road just to let him know i need to see him and tell him what the deal is, he's pretty sure its the rack, which is bad news for me lol, that means im without a car for a couple days at least he says once i bring it in if that is the problem

 

more than likely is ...... did you check the boots? I mean is there pentosin coming right out of them? If so it,s rack time man. There is a great DIY over on audiworld.com in the A6 forum. Those guys are wicked helpful over there.
