I have had A6 before this one it does same thing when I doing 90m/h, actually you can feel the shaking is from engine.

The engine is rpm related; not a speed.
What are the rpms?
Shaking?
Would you describe the symptoms?
How is the steering wheel feel?

em...it was over 3000 rpms
steering wheel shaking not too bad but you can feel shaking is growing when speed is growing
at 80m/h slightly shaking afterwards begin to shaking bad

Sounds like something is loose - tie rod end etc. but it could be alignment, tire balance, or separated cord in the tire

Balancefront tiresand have the mechanic check the suspension.

Also, if the car has rims on it, check to see if they are bent. The little things with wheels generally will go unnoticed until the higher speeds.
