highest mileage on stock 2.7t turbo known?
It looks like some moron resurrected this with an ad, but I smiled when I saw I had posted back in Dec 2007 with 106k. I'm about to turn 139k this weekend and no problems yet. Still original turbos, suspension, shocks, and battery. Lots and lots of highway miles, in the brutal MI winter, since that last post.
I just got mine a few weeks ago at 98,000, but while I was shopping for one I talked to a guy selling on Vermont Graig's List with pretty high miles. @218,000 he has most everyone beat I think.. I shied away from it though, too many miles to walk into on a less than 10 yr old car.

Been a long time since anyone made a comment on this thread but here it goes.
My 2001 Audi A6 2.7T6-speed has 238,000 miles on it ($3200 in 2014). Has the original turbos, engine transmission and clutch. I bought it with 210,000 miles. I have the owner records so I know this is correct. I have normal maintenance - struts, timing belt, water pump, brakes, tires, and one O2 sensor. I also replaced both front axles (not very expensive) I just finished a 1400 mile trip from Washington to Colorado at 80-85 miles per hour most of the time. It ran perfect, it did not use any oil, and it does not leak oil. I am pretty happy with it. The 2.7T with the 6-speed trans is lots of fun. It's quite fast but not as fast as a new S4 for sure. Pretty amazing I think. The mechanic that changed the timing belt and water pump remarked how well it ran.
