Default how to change fuel injector


Hi, I have an Audi A6 1.8T 1997 Auto and need to change fuel injector or the whole set of injectors including fuel rail. Need to find out how to depressurised system first and also need to find what fuse number is the fuel pump so I could disconnect it. Any suggestion pls....

The fuel pump fuse is the one of the very left hand side. Its in the 3rd slot up from the bottom It should be a 30 amp fuse. Its in the fuse panel on the side of the dash. I believe its fuse number 28. Then just start the car to relieve fuel pressure. If it runs for a little then dies, you know you have the right fuse. On that fuel system removing pressure isnt really necessary, just makes things easier. You wont get sprayed by fuel or make a mess.
