I have a screen and satellitle radio, and i have the "NAV" button on the console. When i click the NAV button it tells me nothing is installed at the time, i just want to make sure my car is even NAV compatible.

 

Call the dealer with your VIN number, maybe?

 

The Nav unit is in the trunk. It is on the left hand side. Just remove the left side panel and see if you have a Nav DVD unit in the rack.

 

As Kevin said, check the trunk. The NAV dvd or CD player is located right below the CD-changer.

Depending on what year/version of navi you have.....if you have an 01 or 02 C-navi based system, there's a body-color disk about the size of a hockey puck in the middle of the trunk lid that says "Audi Navigation" on it.

 

you probably just need to load the navi disk
