Default I have some questions on the a6

I am about to buy a 2001 A6 2.7 Twin Tbo. I would like to know if they make a Frount moount Intercooler for it if not can one be Fab'd. Also do they make BOV for them.

The 2.7T engine already has an intercooler -- two of them.

As far as the blow off valve... Not needed. The 2.7T has a bypass valve. Both of these valves do exactly the same thing. Excess pressure caused by closing the throttle blade while under boost is bled from the intake to avoid stalling the turbo. Blow off valves vent this pressure to atmosphere ("pft" noise). Bypass valves vent back to the intake, post MAF sensor (no noise). Blow off valves are not recommended for MAF sensor controlled engines because it makes the engine run extra rich when air is bled.

I understand that they come wiht a intercooler already is there anyway to put a front mount on them. I really like the look of front mounts and as fas as the BOV i like the noise also . is there a way to maybe have a hybrid system that works like a DV but makes the noise still.

Sorry mate. I'm not the one to help you here. For my part, I can't see the point of modifying an extremely well engineered engine solely for the purpose of looks and noise enhancement. I'm a "form follows function" kind of guy and these mods strike me as pretty non-functional.

Good luck.
