Key fob RE-SYNCHRONIZING. Key won't work??

key fob reprograming

Edit,,,,,,,the key has to be in the door. The buttons don't work on the fob.

Remote A6 not working

I have 2017 model, replaced battery and nothing, help would be appreciated.
