Hey guys, I have done a little research on this problem and came up with nothing so far so some help would be awesome. Yesterday I was suddenly unable to lock and unlock my car using my key fob but an hour later I was able to again. Then today the fob stopped working so like a logical person I thought it was the battery. I went and got a replacement battery today, put it in, and I am still unable to lock and unlock my car using the fob... I Am able to lock and unlock the car just using the key in the door though. Does anybody have any ideas what's wrong???

you need to resync the fob with the car after a remote battery replacement.

1.unlock the car using the key in the door
2.put key in the ignition and turn to "on" position (but do not turn the car on)
3.hold he unlock button on the fob for 5-10 seconds
4.turn key back to "off" position and remove from ignition
5.try using the remote to lock/unlock your car
